Return & Refund Policy

Because Styled by Lauren Janae provides personalized styling services, all deposits, payments, and completed services are non-refundable.

For Personal Styling Lookbook and Special Occasion Styling, a 50% deposit is required at booking. Once your initial lookbook preview is complete, you will receive a PDF without shopping links to review your curated looks. One revision is included and must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your preview. The remaining balance must be paid before your finalized lookbook and shopping links are released.

For Wardrobe Refresh and Wardrobe Reimagined, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your styling experience. Because these are personalized, time-based services, payments are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

Please note that Styled by Lauren Janae does not sell or fulfill clothing, shoes, accessories, or other merchandise directly. Any items purchased through shopping links are subject to the individual retailer's return, exchange, shipping, and refund policies. Clients are responsible for reviewing retailer policies before making purchases.
